We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

SmartHostingGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
